So the Childhood Songs Contest that I held at BleedingHeartsPoetry Club finally has closed and winners have been announced.

In first place, we have He's been gone for a long time, so I'm glad he won. His piece was really awesome. It's here-->[link]

In second place is . His poem was also really great.

There was a tie for third between and They both did pieces following the kid's song "If You're Happy and You Know It" and both were very good. I think it's funny that they tied for the same kid's song. Lol.

Anyway...they're all really good writers, so you should go check them out!

So for those of you who think I've dropped off of the face of the planet lately, it's because I have been doing a lot of writing lately. So all new deviations have been posted at . Not much to talk about, really. Anything important in my life worth talking about I post on my journal at my poetry/prose account . But yeah. As you can see, I've been working on quite a bit lately. I FINALLY got Cloud done. I've been working on him over a couple of weeks now. Next, I think I'm going to tackle Yuna. Maybe Lulu. I don't really know yet.

If anybody has any suggestions to other final fantasy characters I should draw, I'd be more than happy to hear them. I'm planning on drawing Van and Penello from FF12 eventually. And I'll probably draw Vincent at some point in time, too. Oh...I also want to re-draw Tifa. Wow...I guess I have more planned than I originally thought.

Anyway...that's about it for now.

So, I've decided to draw my original characters from the story I've been working on for the past five years (since freshmen year of high school). I've got Etrysani done. But as for the rest...I have yet to start. Please let me know what you think of them when they are posted, though. I'd post a link straight to the prologue and chapter one, but I'm just too damn lazy. Deal with it.

In other news...it's finals week and I think I might die. I'll be fine grade wise...but I don't think I'm ever going to sleep again.
